Maternity cover - Office administrator

Looking for maternity cover. Your role will be office administrator and project management support.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Location: George Street, Oxford

End Date: September 2020

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • General office management including managing staff holiday, office calendar and office supplies
  • Administrative duties including invoicing and answering client’s calls and emails
  • Project management support
  • Taking care of the company’s social media channels
  • Other ad hoc duties

 

Important skills for this role are:

 

  • Must be a fast and keen learner
  • Must have relevant experience
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and computer skills
  • Must be reliable, efficient, multitasking and have excellent organisational skills
