Project Manager

Full time based in Oxford.

Salary range: £24,000 to £28,000

We are looking to recruit someone with some experience in project management, as well as an understanding of the digital landscape.  You may have 1 or 2 years’ experience in digital delivery, perhaps with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and some experience of project management tools, no matter whether it’s Excel or Jira.

This role is ideal for someone who has had a flavour of project management and wants to progress into the career. You will be working with an incredible team of UX architects, designers, and software developers. Your principal role will be to support our senior project manager in all aspects of delivery whilst getting the opportunity to manage smaller projects. You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and reporting on project progress, risks, and budget
  • Facilitating estimation, planning, and organisation of project delivery
  • Preparing and maintaining project plans and tasks for internal teams and senior PM
  • Contributing to quality assurance processes
  • Providing weekly summary reports to clients
  • Monitoring timesheets

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Organisational skills
  • 1 or 2 years experience in delivery
  • Some experience in digital solutions
  • 1 or 2 years commercial experience
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients

 

It would be nice if you had:

  • Agency experience
  • Practical experience in Agile, in particular SCRUM or Lean methodologies
  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Qualifications in project management
  • Experience in digital project management software, like LiquidPlanner, Jira, or Basecamp.
