Finally, you will be comfortable interacting with clients during requirement gathering sessions and demonstrations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting your work to clients and teammates
  • Helping the Sysadmin/Devops team

You will have:

  • At least 2 years demonstrable experience in commercial software development, specifically Python / Django
  • Great communication skills; written and verbal
  • Experience turning requirements into a delivery plan with other developers
  • Experience with Agile and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Pride in code quality and test-driven development

You might have (but it’s not a deal breaker):

  • Experience with PHP development
  • Experience in any: Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker
  • Experience in any of: Wagtail, Drupal, C#, Ionic, Cordova
  • Comfortable with day-to-day sysadmin tasks on Linux via command line
  • You’ve integrated a good number of APIs
  • Worked with Jenkins or other continuous integration and automated deployment systems

Things to make you even happier:

  • A budget for hardware, software, and accessories
  • Tax-free bike scheme (through Cycle to Work)
  • 5 days paid sick leave
  • 4% matched company pension scheme
  • Cash health plan

Wait, you don't think you're right for the role but have a burning passion for all things digital? Then you should be in touch and tell us what we're missing out on!

Things to love about the company:

  • A huge variety of projects and technologies to keep you interested every day
  • A strong culture of work / life balance. We’re strongly encouraged to go home/log off at 17:30
  • Opportunities to gain experience in new fields
  • A collaborative, supportive environment of team-building
  • A company that contributes to worthy causes and projects
